Every event is different, and with so many configurations available, the best way forward is for you to contact us with your requirements. We can then discuss which options best suit your needs. The summer events season (May-September) is our busiest period, so to ensure availability get in touch as early as possible. Click here to fill in contact form.
We supply a commitment-free quote
Our quotes are simple and fully inclusive of the following:
•Hire of the structure
•Delivery to your location*
•Build and de-rig of the structure
*Delivery covers the first 100 miles. A nominal fee is charged for haulage above this distance, negotiated on a per-job basis
Confirm costs and exchange contract
Happy with the quote? Great! We will exchange a booking contract at which point a confirmation deposit is required.
To complete a contract we will need:
- •The name of the company relevant to the event and its full registered address
- •Full contact details of the person in charge of the event
- •The full name and address of the event
- •Precise dates for installation and de-rigging
We install the equipment
Your site manager will need to clearly mark the designated positions for your installation. We can then arrive at your location and install the equipment quickly and efficiently, before staging and lighting is installed.
You have a memorable event!
Once assembled, our structures will give your event a stunning visual identity, providing your guests with a beautiful arena in which to enjoy themselves.
We take down our equipment and leave quietly
Prior to de-rigging, all internal fittings (decking, barriers, stages etc) must be cleared from within the structure, leaving our crew with a clean area to work in. Our crew are always reliable, friendly and professional and will de-rig in an efficient and discreet manner.
