If you want to hire a SaddleSpan® structure, here’s how it works:

Let us know your requirements, including location and preferred dates. If you aren’t sure exactly what you want we are happy to advise you on the best options to suit your needs. Please note that May to September are our busiest times so get in touch to ensure availability. Click here to fill in contact form.
Get a commitment free quote
The quote covers hire of the structures, any extra equipment, delivery to your location (first 200 miles*), putting up the structures, and de-rigging after the event. *A nominal fee is charged for haulage over 200 miles from our base and is negotiated on a per job basis. Please email us to get the best deal.
Confirm costs and exchange contract
Once the costs are confirmed and the contract exchanged a confirmation deposit is payable.
In order to fill in a contract we will need:
- A company name and address
- Contact details of person in charge
- Name and address of the event including postcode
- Dates for install and de-rig
We install the equipment
We install the structures and any extra equipment at your location, at the date and time specified in the contract. To ensure speedy installation, the designated site for the installation will be pre-marked by your site manager.
You have a memorable event!
Both you and your guests enjoy yourselves in our beautiful structures.
We take down our equipment and leave quietly
Prior to de-rig all equipment, decking, etc.. must be cleared from inside the structure leaving a flat, clean area for our crew to start work. Our crew are always reliable, friendly and professional.
The final payment is payable within 14 days of the de-rig date.
