It’s exciting times at Silver Stage – we’re growing rapidly and enquiries are through the roof! We’re looking for someone with a good grasp of technical documentation, IT, engineering and some knowledge of structural calculations to join us in the office, starting straight away. Responsibilities will include prepping the technical side of rental client packs, organising some logistics and offering ongoing technical support for clients. The role is based in Coleford, a 30 minute drive from Bristol, but you’ll sometimes need to travel to meetings and event sites, as well as some festivals and trade shows.

Your responsibilities will be:

• ​Producing and collate​ health & safety documentation for the structures
• ​Having a basic understanding of technical ​documentation, engineering and structural calculations and be able to liaise with clients.
• Organisation of logistics for each event including planning of crew​ and​ vehicles
• Prepping designers with clear, concise instructions for Sketch Up 3D presentations.
• Liaising with photographers, distribute professional photos into correct folders, upload to website and watermark.
• Corresponding with equipment suppliers.
• Liaising with clients, develop opportunities and maintain customer relationships.
• ​Reviewing rental quotes​ and ​contracts​ for complex installs ​​and fine-tuning the deal with difficult client​​ installs​. ​Everyday quotes, contracts​ and invoices will be dealt with by ​other team members​.
• ​If required, attend meetings, trade shows, sales exhibitions​
